It started with a single rose bud plucked from an autumn garden and held in front of a crumpled length of teal linen fabric which I’d been using as a backdrop for a portrait. I then went on to painting coloured backgrounds to compliment some dahlias which a neighbour gave me. The series then just took off from there with a range of different backdrops and flowers from all seasons.
Print sizes ranging from 10X8” up to 40×60” in custom designed frames are available.
